Health & Safety
To ensure we attain a high standard of Health & Safety at Alternative Cleaning Limited, our Health and Safety General Policy has been collated identifying key aspects which we seek to attain, outlined in our General Policy.
To assist in meeting our legal requirements and our general duties outlined in the Health and Safety General Policy, our Health and Safety and Statement of Intent has been prepared outlining our approach to ensure an effective and efficient approach to Health and Safety.
Specific Risk Assessments are undertaken upon starting any new contract to ascertain a Hazard Analysis to be reviewed annually and any hazards identified the necessary safety precautions and staff training implemented.
All cleaning solutions used by Alternative Cleaning Limited come with COSHH (Care Of Substances Hazardous to Health) Datafax sheets which are made available to all staff at all times and copies are made available to our clients.
Regular Inspections/Audits are carried out by our experienced Managers, to maintain cleaning standards as well as to keep all aspects of Health and Safety issues up to date, all copies of reports are made available our clients.
